This year’s Trafinz Conference at the Claudelands Event Centre in Hamilton (Sunday 10 – Wednesday 13 November 2019) is expected to attract delegates from across the transportation sector.

As always, the event provides extensive networking opportunities for delegates, and Hamilton – and the immediate surrounding area – is home to plenty of facilities for social outings.

Getting to Claudelands

Claudelands is located on the corner of Brooklyn Road and Heaphy Terrace in the heart of Hamilton and on the eastern side of the Waikato River.

Parking options
Car parking is available on site and is complimentary via Gate 4, Brooklyn Rd. Bicycle racks are also available on site.

Accessibility car parks
Brooklyn car park has a number of accessibility car parks available.  

Accessibility to the venue for wheelchair users
Access to the venue and bathroom facilities are on the Ground Floor.

Hearing Loop
The Heaphy rooms are fitted with a hearing aid loop which is accessible by turning your hearing device to the ‘T’ option. When attending conference in the Heaphy Room and you require use of this facility, please let your organiser know so that you are allocated seating within the loop.

Transport options
Claudelands is a 10-15 minute walk from the CBD, pedestrian access is via the Arena Plaza on Heaphy Terrace.

Taxi stands are located on Heaphy Terrace.

Bus stops are situated on Brooklyn Road and Heaphy Terrace. For more information on the city's bus service visit the Busit website.
